Hebburn Town Centre

Roscoe undertook a project viability optioneering report to review a bid proposal for this mixed used scheme. The optioneering study proposed a main Tesco store with associated parking of 422 spaces, a range of retail units totalling 1,504 square metres gross floor area, a community hub with the potential for accommodating key social/ community facilities (751sqm) and a library(532sqm). As part of the study Roscoe identified and costed the key development risks for the client.
